In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

Each Player may hold only one pk3665 Account. The detection of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance — may be forfeited at pk3665's discretion. Where an Account is closed for administrative or non-fault reasons, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method used for deposit.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pk3665 support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal, subject to completion of KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3665 excludes all liability for:
